Grievances or Complaints Form

Davis College welcomes grievances, comments and suggestions from students about its services.
No student will be disadvantaged by having raised a complaint, but Davis College expects that students will not make frivolous, vexatious or malicious complaints. Students should consider their complaint carefully and word it in a professional manner before submitting it.
Non-academic Complaints: If a student has a complaint that is non-academic in nature, it should be directed to the Office of Student Development at studentdevelopment@davisny.edu If the complaint is not resolved with the Office of Student Development, then the student may appeal the decision to the Academic Dean. If the complaint is not resolved with the Academic Dean, then the complaint may be appealed to the President’s Executive Cabinet. The President’s Executive Cabinet has the final decision.
Personal Information
Providing Personal Information Is Voluntary. You do not have to provide the personal information requested. If you do not wish to provide personal information, such as your name, home address, or home telephone, you may remain anonymous. In this case, however, we will not be able to contact you and may not be able to help you resolve your complaint depending on it's nature.
