Students may add or drop courses after registration has been finalized. This must be done by completing and submitting this Add Drop form. The date of submittal is the offical date for transcript notation and refund purposes.

Transcript Notation and Refund Policy
Transcript Notation A "VWD" (Voluntary Withdrawal) grade will be noted on the student's transcript for any course dropped during the first three weeks of the semester. Grades of "VWP" (Voluntary Withdrawal - Passing) and "VWF" (Voluntary Withdrawal - Failing) will be noted on the student's transcript for any course dropped from the fourth to tenth week of the semester. The last day of the tenth week of the semester is the last day a student may officially withdraw from a course.
Refund Policy (This table does not include information on the ten course package) For a course dropped during its first week: 100% For a course dropped during its second week: 75% For a course dropped during its third week: 50% For a course dropped during its fourth week: 25% For a course dropped during its fifth week or later: 0%
